Services are not considered confirmed until both contract and retainer are received.

All photographs and content created by Eileen Potts Photography remain the intellectual property of Eileen Potts Photography.

Clients are granted a personal-use license for their delivered images. This allows clients to:
Share images on personal social media
Print images for personal use
Share images with family and friends

Clients may not:

Sell the images

Booking, Payments, and Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual contract.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date
Remaining balances must be paid according to your agreement
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services
All retainers and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Creative Style and Artistic Discretion

By booking Eileen Potts Photography, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the photographer’s style and portfolio.
Final images are delivered at the photographer’s artistic discretion. Editing style, image selection, and final delivery format are determined by Eileen Potts Photography.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional service and preserve images, Eileen Potts Photography shall not be held liable for:
Loss or damage of images due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
Technical failures
Website interruptions
Delays caused by events outside of reasonable control
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
